Sujapur Friends Net & Cable TV is the undisputed telecom and digital television distribution pioneer headquartered at Chaspara, Sujapur, Kaliachak, Malda, West Bengal (PIN: 732206). Established and spearheaded by visionary entrepreneur MD KEFAYET ALI, our enterprise operates as an authorized multi-network communications hub bridging the connectivity divide across rural, semi-urban, and commercial belts of Malda district.
In an era where high-speed broadband and reliable cable television are as essential as electricity and water, Sujapur Friends Net stands at the vanguard of digital transformation. We do not merely provide internet lines; we engineer end-to-end communication lifelines that power educational dreams, remote IT careers, telehealth clinics, high-frequency banking kiosks, online government citizen centers (CSCs), and family home entertainment.
Through strategic multi-brand authorized partnerships with India's telecom titans—including SITI Cable, BSNL Bharat Fiber, Railwire (RailTel), SpeedNet Unique Network, Indinet Broadband, Alliance Broadband, JIO Fiber, and Multilink Network—we provide our subscribers with an unparalleled freedom of choice. Whether a client requires an ultra-low latency fiber line for competitive gaming, an OTT-bundled home entertainment package, or a dedicated static IP business line with 99.9% uptime SLA, Sujapur Friends Net delivers tailored solutions with immediate local doorstep execution.
"When we laid our very first cable line in Sujapur, our ambition was simple yet uncompromising: to provide our people with world-class television reception and high-speed internet without the sky-high prices or indifferent customer care associated with distant call centers. Today, with over 12,500+ satisfied households and businesses, that pledge remains unshakable. When you choose Sujapur Friends Net, you are not just buying a connection; you are gaining a dedicated local team of engineers living right here in Sujapur who treat your uptime as our personal responsibility."
From analog coaxial beginnings to building the premier multi-gigabit optical fiber network in Malda.
Founded by MD KEFAYET ALI, our journey commenced with a passionate mission to bring news, regional culture, and sports entertainment into homes in Chaspara and Sujapur through robust analog coaxial networks, establishing our reputation for exceptional customer reliability.
In strict adherence to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and TRAI digital addressable system (DAS) mandate, we partnered with SITI Networks Ltd. We deployed hundreds of digital optical receiver nodes and HD Set-Top Boxes across Sujapur, offering 500+ crystal-clear digital channels with Dolby sound.
Foreseeing the explosive growth of online education, work-from-home, and OTT video streaming, we migrated our core distribution backbone from copper/coaxial to 100% underground & overhead optical glass fiber. We established our central Network Operations Center (NOC) in Chaspara with battery and solar power resilience.
To give our customers true choice and competitive pricing, we forged official authorized partnerships with BSNL Bharat Fiber, Railwire, SpeedNet, Indinet, Alliance Broadband, Jio Fiber, and Multilink Network, establishing Sujapur Friends Net as the undisputed single-window telecom hub for Malda district.
Today, Sujapur Friends Net proudly services over 12,500+ active broadband and cable television subscribers. With rapid 24-hour installation, 30-minute optical fiber splicing response, and seamless UPI digital payments, we stand as the most trusted ISP and cable provider in Kaliachak and Malda.
At Sujapur Friends Net & Cable TV, our mission is to deliver high-speed, weather-resilient optical fiber broadband and pristine digital HD television to every home, enterprise, school, medical facility, and rural household across Sujapur, Kaliachak, and Malda at honest, transparent, and affordable subscription rates.
We believe that fast, reliable internet access is no longer a luxury—it is a fundamental socio-economic right. Our organizational mission operates across five core commitments:
Constructing redundant multi-ring fiber optic pathways and backup battery nodes so your work, gaming, and classes never stop during storm or power interruptions.
Zero hidden fees, zero deceptive throttling, and 100% transparent GST invoicing on every plan starting from ₹299/month.
An in-house squad of certified fiber splicing technicians stationed in Chaspara ready to resolve roadside fiber cuts and router issues within 30 to 60 minutes.
Delivering 1080i Full HD channels with Dolby audio through terrestrial fiber lines that remain completely immune to the heavy monsoon signal blackouts common with DTH satellite dishes.
Every optical patch cord, every OLT laser terminal, and every SITI Set-Top Box we deploy is configured with laboratory precision to guarantee minimum optical attenuation (< -20 dBm) and maximum speed throughput.
